"Kept Getting the Same Scents"
I was a little confused by the boxes because the scent choices didn’t really feel curated. It kind of seemed random, and I kept noticing the same types of scents showing up. I expected more variety, but it felt limited.

My first reaction was definitely, “Well, that took forever.” Shipping was slower than I expected, but once it finally arrived, everything was okay.

I really liked these scents, they smell so good, and not in that overpowering way either. I kept going back to smell them again, which is always a good sign, right?

"Customer service should do better"
I reached out to Vellabox twice about my box being late and both times it felt like I got the same copy-and-paste response several days later. No one really tried to fix the issue or take responsibility, they just kept telling me to wait. I felt like I was bothering them for asking about something I paid for, which doesn’t sit right with me. If a company takes people’s money, they should at least make a good-faith effort to help when something goes wrong. I ended up canceling because the customer service just wasn’t worth the headache.

"Nice candles, just a little pricey"
I’ve gotten a couple of these candles now and I do really like the scents and the packaging. They feel nice and look good around the house. That said, for around the monthly price, I was expecting maybe a bit more, either a larger candle or an extra little something. They’re definitely not bad, just not sure the value is amazing for what you get
